SK8 House Party FAQs
What outside food/drinks can we bring?
NO outside food and drinks. ALL outside food and drinks must be discarded or taken back to your vehicle*. Please inquire about our extended food menu options! Birthday cake, cupcakes, ice cream cake, ice cream, and goodie bags are allowed with booked parties only.
Do you provide any utensils?
For additional utensils and supplies, additional fees may apply.
What time can I come and set up?
If your party is reserved for 4 pm, you will be allowed access to your party room at the exact start time of your event, 4 pm. If you would like early access or additional time in your party room, you may opt-in for this at an additional cost. Please let your party planner know!
Is there a contract I have to sign?
All public and private parties are required to sign an electronic contract before entering a party room. Electronic party contracts are sent to your email immediately after booking a party and paying for the party in FULL.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Want to personalize your space? Please feel free to bring your own decorations! *Please only use blue painter’s tape when hanging your decorations! Painter’s tape helps us keep our party room walls in great condition for future parties to come!*. A $75.00 room damage fee will be applied to any damages found within the party room.
How do I place my food order?
In the “Appointment Notes” of your party booking please type your food and drink order: 2 single-topping pizzas of your choice, 3 pitchers of soft drink (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sweet Tea, Fruit Punch, and Orange Fanta Available at Virginia Beach Only).
Example: 1 Cheese Pizza, 1 Pepperoni Pizza, Coke, Sweet Tea, Orange Fanta.

What should I do if I need to POSTPONE/CANCEL my event?
Customers who cancel their event 8 or more days in advance of the scheduled date will be eligible for a full refund (5-7 business days). Guests who cancel within 7 days of the event will be granted a SK8 House Store credit, exclusively applicable to SK8 House Parties, Admissions, or Memberships. This credit is non-transferable and does not apply to the arcade, escape room (Virginia Beach Location Only), or food and drink vendors. Customers who do not provide any advance notice and fail to attend their scheduled event will not be entitled to a refund or credit. All customers are permitted to reschedule their event at any time before the scheduled start, incurring no additional costs. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be communicated in advance to ensure a seamless event experience.
